If you are in need of extra setup time, you may pay for additional setup time at a discounted rate. This time may be used ONLY for setting up your event. Anything different will be in violation of rental agreement.

We offer a 10% military and senior discount!

Monday-Thursday: $50 hour / Full Day $300
Friday $85 hour / Full Day $550
Saturday $100 Hour /$600 Half day/$1000
Full Day

Half days can choose hours of 8am-3pm or

4pm-12am (comes with all amenities)

Sunday $75 Hour/$450 Half Day/$700 Full
Day

Half Days can choose hours of 8am-3pm or

4pm-12am

Daily Rates and Half Day Rates include everything except the following.

Event Center Staff Table and Chair Setup including Table Cloths and Seat Covers ($75)
Event Setup with Decorations must be quoted and approved

Add Ons

$75: Event Center Staff Table and Chair set up

$50: Hard Liquor W/ Bar included
$100: per Hour Late Night (Anything after 12am)
$30: per hour TABC Certified BarTender/Server
(All Alcohol must be provided)
$200: Catering (price may vary). Will have custom food directly for your needs. Meeting with cater required. Contact us for a meeting

$75: Decoration We will set up all balloons and
decorations for your whole event
$300: 360 camera
